Lead designer and MBasch Designs owner, Trent Basch, is a native of Cullman, AL. He is a graduate from Wallace State Community College with a degree in drafting. He has spent the last eight years in the engineered flooring and house design business. Trent’s portfolio of custom designed house plans includes over 150 plans since beginning his business. He and his wife, Katie reside in Cullman and just completed a modern loft home in November 2019. Another custom design interior and exterior by MBasch Designs. Trent started drawing houses early on in his childhood. Most of them included indoor pools, basketball courts and large gamerooms. Today he is focused on the practical side of it while still making his childhood dreams become a reality. We strive to value family first. We focus on efficiency and appropriate time management. We will do whatever it takes to make your dream home a reality.
